Quy trình hàng trăm năm ấy không đổi, nên tài liệu giới thiệu ghi “The clay goes into the kiln twice”.

Kỹ sư giải thích “The furnace operates at 1,500 degrees” – hiện tại đơn cho quy trình chuẩn.

Hướng dẫn tham quan nhà máy luôn dùng “Robots weld the body in 38 seconds”.

Barista đào tạo nhân viên mới đều nói “We roast the beans at 210 degrees on average”.

Nhà máy nước mắm Phú Quốc truyền thống vẫn giữ cách ủ chín tự nhiên: cá cơm trộn muối tỷ lệ 3:1, cho vào thùng gỗ 12-18 tháng. Mắm cốt rỉ ra được kéo từng mẻ. Người thợ lâu năm kể “The fish ferments naturally for at least one year”.

Dân phố quen bảo “Autumn starts in September”.

Truyền hình thời tiết luôn nói “Winter lasts from December to February”.

Người miền Nam hay nói “The rainy season begins in May”.

Dân Buôn Ma Thuột bảo “The dry season arrives in November”.

A:

A:
